1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "855ph", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 855ph online gaming platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://855ph.org.
• "Member", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the 855ph platform.
• "Platform" refers to the 855ph website, mobile interface, gaming software, and all associated services made available at https://855ph.org.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a Member upon successful registration.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to Philippine Peso (PHP) funds deposited by a Member and credited to their Account.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits granted by 855ph subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real money or bonus stake placed on a game or event available on the Platform.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required under applicable regulations.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "AML" refers to Anti-Money Laundering obligations as prescribed under Republic Act No. 9160, as amended, and its implementing regulations.
• "Terms" refers to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, as amended from time to time.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing the 855ph Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

2.2 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 855ph. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

2.3 855ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3. Eligibility

3.1 The 855ph Platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 855ph or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of such persons;
• You are not a self-excluded player on 855ph or any gaming platform operating under the same regulatory framework;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

3.2 855ph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be operated by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all associated Wagers voided, and any Real Money Balance returned after deduction of any Bonuses received.

4. Account Registration

4.1 To access real-money gaming services on 855ph, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process.

4.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the 855ph Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. 855ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details.

4.4 You must notify 855ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account by contacting our 24/7 live support team.

4.5 855ph reserves the right to refuse Account registration or to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

4.1 Account Security

Members are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their 855ph Account. 855ph provides 2FA as a free security feature. While 2FA is not currently mandatory, enabling it significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access. 855ph accepts no liability for losses incurred through accounts not protected by 2FA where 2FA was available.

5. KYC & Identity Verification

5.1 In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines, 855ph is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawal requests and at other points during the account lifecycle.

5.2 KYC verification requires submission of the following documents, at minimum:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine photo identification (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Passport, UMID, SSS ID, Driver's License, PRC ID, Voter's ID, or Postal ID);
• A selfie photograph clearly showing the Member holding their government-issued ID;
• Proof of address dated within 90 days (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate) where required for enhanced due diligence.

5.3 855ph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing compliance monitoring. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal access.

5.4 All KYC documents submitted to 855ph are processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

6. Deposits

6.1 All deposits on the 855ph Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). 855ph accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20.

6.2 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.

6.3 855ph does not currently charge transaction fees on deposits made via GCash or Maya. Fees applicable to other payment methods, if any, are disclosed at the point of transaction.

6.4 Deposited funds must originate from a payment account held in your own name. 855ph reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder and to suspend the associated Member account pending investigation.

6.5 Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmation from the payment gateway. 855ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages.

6.6 By depositing funds on 855ph, you confirm that the funds are not derived from any illegal activity and that you are depositing for the purpose of genuine gaming entertainment.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Members who have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but are restricted from withdrawing funds.

7.2 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. 855ph may require withdrawals to be returned to the original funding source for AML compliance purposes.

7.3 Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash and Maya: Within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating conditions;
• BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank: 1–3 business days, subject to inter-bank processing schedules;
• Coins.ph and USDT TRC20: Within 1 hour under normal operating conditions;
• 7-Eleven Cliqq: Withdrawals to 7-Eleven Cliqq are not available; this method is for deposits only.

7.4 855ph reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits, request additional documentation, or delay processing in circumstances where fraud, AML concerns, or technical issues are identified.

7.5 Active bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and do not form part of the withdrawable Real Money Balance.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 855ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. Each offer is subject to specific terms published alongside the promotion.

8.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 855ph promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Balance and are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before withdrawal;
• Bonus wagering must be completed within the promotional validity period specified. Unused bonus balances expire automatically upon the deadline;
• Wagering contribution rates vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10%, and sports betting 100% of qualifying stakes;
• Maximum bet per spin or round while a bonus is active is ₱500 unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit may void the bonus and any associated winnings;
• Bonuses are available to one Account per household, IP address, and device.

8.3 855ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion and to reclaim bonus funds where terms have been breached or where fraudulent or abusive behaviour is detected.

8.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using promotional funds to hedge bets, or systematic exploitation of wagering terms — is a prohibited activity under Section 10 and will result in account termination.

9. Gaming Rules

9.1 All games available on the 855ph Platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. These game rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9.2 855ph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all digital casino games. RNG certification is maintained through regular independent audits to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.

9.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during an active game round, 855ph's system logs shall be the authoritative record for determining the outcome of the round. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the affected Wager will be refunded at 855ph's discretion.

9.4 855ph reserves the right to void any Wager placed in error, at incorrect odds, or where a technical fault is identified that materially affected the game outcome. Members will be notified and affected stakes returned to their Real Money Balance.

9.5 For sports betting, all markets are settled in accordance with 855ph's Sports Betting Rules, which specify settlement criteria, void conditions, and dispute resolution procedures for each sport and market type.

9.6 Winnings are credited to the Member's Real Money Balance upon settlement of the applicable game or event. Pending withdrawal of credited winnings is subject to the conditions set out in Section 7.

10. Prohibited Conduct

10.1 The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 855ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or KYC, impersonating another person, or obtaining access by deception;
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether directly or through a third party;
• Bonus abuse: Any systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including gnoming, matched betting strategies targeting promotional terms, or collusion between accounts to satisfy wagering requirements;
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, software, or any automated system to access, navigate, or interact with the Platform or its games;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including chip dumping in poker;
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer, or integrate proceeds of crime in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments;
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks with your bank or payment provider for deposits that were genuinely received and used on the Platform;
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions to obtain financial advantage.

10.2 Where prohibited conduct results in financial gain to the Member, 855ph reserves the right to recover the full amount of such gains from any current or future Account balance, by set-off or otherwise.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 855ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of problem gambling among its Members. The Platform provides a range of responsible gaming tools accessible from every Member account dashboard.

11.2 The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 855ph Members:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits can only be increased after a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure alerts that notify them when a specified gaming session duration has been reached;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying session duration and net gaming activity;
• Self-Exclusion: Members may voluntarily suspend their Account for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanently. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed;
• Cooling-Off Period: A short-term break option allowing Members to pause gaming activity for 24, 48, or 72 hours.

11.4 855ph reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where internal monitoring systems identify patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour, without requiring the Member's consent, in accordance with our duty of care obligations.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on the 855ph Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and audiovisual elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of 855ph or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

12.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any Platform content.

12.3 Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of 855ph intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 855ph's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Balance held in that Member's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

13.2 855ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

13.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 855ph takes reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability and integrity, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

13.4 855ph accepts no responsibility for telecommunications failures, internet outages, or third-party payment gateway disruptions that affect access to or use of the Platform.

14. Account Termination & Suspension

14.1 855ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or another competent authority;
• Identification of the Member as a self-excluded player on any gambling platform within the regulatory network.

14.2 Upon Account termination for cause, 855ph reserves the right to forfeit any Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance held in the Account where the termination arises from fraudulent conduct, prohibited activity, or material breach of these Terms.

14.3 Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting 855ph's live support team. Voluntary account closures will result in withdrawal of any remaining Real Money Balance to the Member's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and AML checks.

15. Amendments to These Terms

15.1 855ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible at https://855ph.org/terms-conditions.

15.2 Where an amendment materially affects Members' rights or obligations, 855ph will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email to registered account addresses or via an on-platform notification.

15.3 Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

16.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

16.2 Any dispute arising from use of the 855ph Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

16.3 Before initiating formal proceedings, Members agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting 855ph's support team. 855ph will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

16.4 PAGCOR retains regulatory oversight of 855ph's gaming operations. Members who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate to the appropriate PAGCOR regulatory channel in accordance with the corporation's published complaint procedures.
